DELIMACARON is a mix based on almonds to make Macarons in a quick and easy way. Thanks to DELIMACARON, in a few minutes you can create fantastic and colorful macaron shells to be used to decorate your desserts or to be paired and stuffed to create one of the most classic French pastry.

Whip in planetary mixer at high speed for 5 minutes. By using a pastry bag with plain nozzle, pipe out small disks of the desired size on an oven paper or a silicone mat. Wait until the surface of each disk becomes crusty (minimum 10-15 minutes, max 1 hour). Bake at 150 ° C for 15-18 minutes (with static ovens, please keep the valve open). Let them cool down, fill with crème ganache, almond-based creams, jams or fruit fillings and pair the shells. Store cakes into the refrigerator.
