Preparation for rye bread

The typical characteristics of real rye bread, that is to say the colour, the taste, the softness and the long shelf life, are all enhanced by GRANSEGALE. The frequent difficulties encountered while breadmaking with a high content of rye flour, such as sticky dough or irregular leavening, are completely eliminated by using GRANSEGALE.

Vanillin g at will
Knead all the ingredients together to obtain an even consistency; put in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Roll out the pastry, create biscuit shapes with a suitable cutter and bake at 225-230°C.
